The Second Law of Behaviour Change

Temptation bundling is a way of making it more likely that you'll feel motivated to do the habit that you want to do. The second law of behaviour change is what i call the secondLaw of behaviour change. It's make it attractive. And remember, after you see a cue or interpret a cue, pick up on a cue, you have a prediction something that follows. If that prediction is positive, then you have this craving or this motive to perform the habit. So exercise has helped me build habits but there are all kinds of ways he can use it like that.
