Taking a Stretch and Noticing the Feeling Tone of the After Effects
As we're sitting, if a thought or emotion comes up, a plan or day dream or a worry, noticing its feeling tone. If it's pleasant, allowing it. Opening and softening as you stretch and breathe. Then very slowly, just rolling the shoulders for a few moments,. Just rolling it so you get the sense of the change in feeling tones. And then adding, it's o cate like it.
