There are studies that show that as you adjust the angle of the body back, you actually get a sort of dose dependent increase in sleepiness and calmness. And so as we were all told to sit up straight or even better to stand up straight, now I'm also telling you to get that visual thing that you're attending to screen or otherwise up in front of you or ideally above you. It's a really beautiful system. So you can think about how you might work this into various aspects of your homework environment or office work environment.
