Playfulness - The Most Common Trait of People With Harsh Voices
The most common pattern is actually the presence of the harsh voice. We keep it to ourselves thinking that I'm the only one in the world who has this type of dialogue. You know, everybody does. But also, I at least grew up thinking that thoughts are truth. That's what was the pivotal moment for me when a therapist told me 15, 16 years ago, that I didn't have to believe what those voices were communicating to me.
