Yuru supea makes a broiled egg plant salad with sumac, chicken and pine nuts. This dish came about because i'm friends with a ti lady. She owns one of the most amazing restaurants i've ever been to that serves he high food. And so we went for the traditional lemon olive oil salt, and i used parsley instead of coriander.
