How to Move Nimbly With a Larger Company

There's a reason why we have bureaucracy: It slows things down. So you get these larger companies that have a more bureaucratic culture and they need to move quicker. This nimbleness thing is not the most important, but it is an element of why they want to work with you. That's why I'm really in favor of not putting so much system in place so that it feels like a big company. Leave it a little bit looser. Leave it more flexible. Leaving it a littlebit more fun.
