When he first got into weightlifting, uh, Olympic weightlifting in 2013 and 14 I was getting a repeated strain almost every six weeks. It just pretty much happened like clockwork and I didn't know what to do about it and had problems. Fast forward to Getting back into it in 2017 2018 Uh, and I actually got neurological symptoms and lost about 60 percent of the strength in my right arm for a little bit. And that made me really have to consider like If would giving up Olympic weightlifting completely and any potential future goals? Is that worth mitigating this risk?
