How to Eat More for Long Races
I've always had this issue with eating. And again, I take quite a hazard approach to it. But what Tom was saying is that there's a direct correlation. between how much food you can take on and how well you're doing these long races. So maybe training myself to eat more. It sounds quite good fun in a way. Trying ice creams and peanut butter sandwiches. Whatever takes my fancy. My favourite thing ever that I've had during a race, just from the point of interest, was tin peaches and custard.
