Is the AI Moment Coming?

I think even if we start to progress in the discoveries that we've made right now, they're going exponential. If we stop them right now, all of civilization, I think is going to be dramatically impacted in the next 10 years. We need to do that impossible thing a million times and it's incentive to use an AGI or extremely high because until it blows up in your face, if it does, it generates riches. And then there are other issues with AI such as how well people can understand their own consciousness. But ultimately what matters most is our ability to create something better than ourselves at any given time.
