What's the Vision of Delegation?

The purpose of all these documents is so that you can delegate stuff effectively, right? So if you are going to delegate things to people, then you need to cast some vision as to what doing this successfully looks likend. That's where i feel the vision and why we're here o, why we do what we do, is important. And i think a lot of companies in particular, kind of overlook that,. They just focus on the the tasks that they are trying to get done, and they don't ever stop to ask, why? What difference is this this making?
