The more objective and less subjective you can make the things you're tracking, the easier that becomes. With reps in reserve, it's still subjective. And there is the like, hey, if you're a little bit tired or whatnot, like, you might be like, oh, well, thanks feel a little bit harder today than they otherwise would have. So again, the more you're not trying to push the envelope, the more, you know, you can buffer these things.
