The Different Types of Training

I tend to think that there's got to be something physiologically different about doing one set or like we've had some strategies that we've employed before where we'll take like the comp lift. So every session basically starts with an SBD, but it's fairly light and very low volume. You don't have any days that you need to do a lot of those things. But ultimately it just comes down to what's the best way to schedule all this so that we can kind of keep as many of those multiple bars as high as we can at the same time.
