The Importance of Frequency in Body Workouts
Once every five days it's probably the sweet spot for training and frequency you know i'm very very happy programming for body workouts where i mustn't have been trained three times a week uh equally upper lower splits where i must have been trained twice a week. I think those two training splits work really really well for a lot of people but they absolutely will not work for everybody. People need to do their own experimentation try some programs and just see what actually works best for them.
