When you get someone who's fairly new, like again, going back to like, I don't have the experience, right? So they don't know what, what fatigue might feel like or not. Having a rigid setup makes a lot of sense for that person. And from there, as you go, you, you start to adapt and then you get to a point where we kind of know acutely how to manipulate variables. We know how to dose our training sessions,. Like in a sense, on the spot, like an NFL quarterback, you can read the defense. You end up knowing yourself pretty darn well, at least you should if you've been in the gym long enough.
