How to Overcome a Crisis Point in a Checkout
Think of a crisis point as an exercise to figure out how do we get people over that last hurdle? So let's say they're almost done with the flow. And then you say, Hey, now we want your credit card. The crisis, the problem that could arise is, Hey, I'm a first time customer, I don't want to give you my credit card. Then you can overcome that hurdle with a few design choices that will get people over the hurdle.
