How to Be a Successful Founder

I think that you have to be maniacal and details matter. You're basically reinventing the company multiple times on its path, you know, upward. The right person in the right role at the right time can wreak havoc on your business if you get it wrong. I'm a little bit more of a, a list maker. So oftentimes I'll doodle with whether I'm trying to figure something out. It helps me really stay on track and kind of get things done and focus on what matters.
