Is Saturated Fat a Problem for Liver?

People who go on a low carb diet can eat a fair amount of fat, but we don't really know why they get fatty liver. Saturated fat is a huge problem and increases apolipar protein B and it increases LDL cholesterol. So I definitely in your camp that we should be restricting saturated fat - animal fats are particularly high in saturated fat.
