Identify what is hard action and what is soft. Then identify what is your passion or purpose versus what is not. Create energy shifters, get an like a badass playlist and think of what movement you're going to do in the morning. And then pick another two times throughout the day that's physically changing up your routine. You don't have to write it down if you don't want to,. depends what works for you, some people just want to sit there close and realize and visualize.
