Getting Your Hamstring Stronger in a Full Range of Motion Exercise

Tight muscles a weak muscle not always but i would say most of the time so in that example of the hamstring what would well how would you have a person work that hamstring through a long range of motion to if it's have it become stronger. What I really like to do is i'll hang a band from a high bell uh squat rack okay i'm laying on my back and now i'm suspended my legs hanging in the air  it's causing me to stretch and then i'm leg curlingOkay see what i'm sayingYeah so now i'm creating some stretching and some strengthening at the same timei'm really a big proponent of i don't think if you're getting it
