The Importance of Strength Training
I don't think sure if you're overtraining all the time consistently overtraining, I think that that is a problem. And then what I'm saying is that there's a time and place for that for overtraining. But at all phases of life, you're better off not running a marathon. You're better off, you know, running four times a week for 40 minutes or something like that, and then doing some strength training. That's always going to be better than any event running or not.
