Climate Change - The New Policy Scenario
By 2100, we will be at 700 parts per million of CO2 equivalent emissions in the atmosphere. So we have more than doubled concentrations. We are looking at a 10% chance of temperatures exceeding 6 degrees centigrade, 11 degrees Fahrenheit. This is by definition on the unlikely side of our outcome. It's not what we expect to be. But of course, we can't exclude that. A priori.
