Eric: I would probably go to my manager and ask for a sequencying tool. Ad, what was, what was that approach like for you guys? And and what did you do to really try to put yourself in their shoes and learn about their problems)? Eric: i have to still make calls, and i still have to still reach out to people, but i just have to do it in a more tactful way.
