Exercise and saunas are great for reducing your baseline levels of cortisol, which is your stress hormone. When your cortisol levels are low, your brain regions start to interact a lot better. You're able to intercept stressful thoughts a lot faster. Saunas actually change the chemical flows and cycles within your brain. They change the levels of feel-good neurotransmitters such as serotonin and dopamine. It's phenomenal. Do it every single week. Go find a gym where you pay 25 bucks. I go to a gym that's $25 a week and there's just a traditional sauna there. Game changer! And I try and go most days. I'd probably go five
