How to Incorporate Stretching Into Your Workout Routine
I think that if you can find some way to make it part of what you're doing in your life, it becomes second nature and you build on that range of motion. Another example I really like is it's pretty easy for people to get a doorway pull up or have access to it in their house. Some static stretching before you do squats, that's a great way to get some mobility in. There's also something called interest set static stretching, which is really, really helpful.
