How to Reduce Sedentary Time

Thomas James is a researcher at the University of Portsmouth. He says we need to reduce our sedentary time and get more exercise. The minimum you can do should be 5,000 or 6,000 steps per day according to his research. And next on my lazy guy to exercise, I'm off downstairs to meet one of Zoe's colleagues in the extreme environment laboratory. We'll see if we can simulate the effects of exercise while paddling around.
