If you do not have the resources or systems to upsell into and you're just trying to upsell to upsell, then I'm like, you've made a poor decision here. Otherwise, just create your flat fee. But because you can always build into upsells later, whether it be specialty programming or cycles or PT or nutrition,. It depends on what this business model looks like, right? And if you are a crossfit gym, I would not recommend selling those one-off items.
