The Range Is Insane
i always think like, you can either do a controlled experiment, right with, let's say, a thousand people, or you do an experiment literally with, you know, 80 million people. But most of the time the truth is that we don't know. And when weare rolling out a policy that's not based on evidence, we're not actually doing anybody any favors. Instead, we should first experiment, find out what actually works, what actually helps people over the situation, and then roll it out. That really resonates with me.
