I think it's going to be about deep passionate people and the sort of coming from many different perspectives. And then also just the sheer element of competition, when companies are getting you know, just soundly beaten by companies that have figured out some of these elements. I've had conversations with product ops folks and then research ops and VOC people at the same time. We would call it like an operations three dot oh approach,. You know, where they're thinking more that not standardization is not the be all end all in this type of thing.
