Ben: What a self-funded deal structure looks like when you raise capital, let's do easy math. Let's assume 75% of that's going to be an SBA note and so I got to fill the remaining 25%. So that covers 90% and then the remaining 10% $100,000 of equity needs to be brought to the table. Ben: You typically go out and so $500,000, I'd probably say, hey, I'm going to sell 10 units of $10,000 each. He or she is going to get your money back first before plus your preferred return before I get any further profits.
