The Importance of Snack Food
John: Kid snack food is the best long ride food. Honestly, it's pretty tough to beat this weekend. I had a four hour and by the way, I had somebody ask me like, what training plan are you doing? And I get this question all the time. Don't look at what I'm doing. It makes no sense at all. Nobody wants to see where the kitchen where the food came from. Just put it on the nice plate. That's something that I would do. Go way harder on a workout than I needed to when I wasn't writing consistently when I could.
