Zone Five: The Best Way to Increase Your VO Two Max

Rocking is not a great option for zone two work, just because it's inevitably going to have some up and down and some kind of variability in where your heart rate is. I like sprints because it's almost like doing a set, right? I like rocking because it's more just like resistance training. Anything like that, I prefer. So his recommendation and what he says is the best way to increase your VO two max is with the zone five training. He recommends four minutes at an all out pace of basically what you could do. There's no chance that you could do that and then repeat that again four to six times.
