The Pros and Cons of Working From Home and Working in the Office

I think there are definitely pros and cons for either working from home and working in the office. For some jobs, I think it's totally possible just so you can work from home and be very productive. And sometimes it actually works better. But for some of the cases, or especially for creative decisions, or some discussions, you really just want to find it ineffective. When you work from home, it's also really hard to cultivate that fun culture because you always see each other just through the screens. You have to schedule them all. So, wild concept, having fun and making games. Yeah, I hope a lot of people really work in a fun environment.
