If we are preoccupied a little now werl we find our attention wandering. And if the mind wanders at all, we often get to see another aspect of ourselves that we don't like and gets ur stuck self judgment. This is another distortion, this time a distortion of being conscientious as we strive to be the best we can be. So once again, choos your anchor, feet contact with seat, hands or breath or sands.
