The new common jargon term is hybrid training and that's been going around. I find the fitness industry really funny because Fitness really when you think about it outside of our little bubble is strength and conditioning. Most athletes are doing strength and conditioning and almost Everyone else in the world is doing some sort of combined concurrent training to some degree or another. The rules for training and strength and conditioning for us laypeople isn't really that much different It's just how specific we want to get with it is what really matters there.
