Is Your Identity Different From Who You Are?

As as i've gottn older, i've been much more comfortable in being acwacknowledging and being transparent about where my weaknesses are. It is hard to be authentic, an authentic leader, if identity that you're presentend to the world is different from who you are. No one's born knowing how to do excel or power point. You learned the same way that you might learn how to schmooth a room or how to give a great speech.
