Sleep Trackers - What Do They Do and Don't Tell You?

There are certain elements that you can look into from sleep trackers. But in terms of gauging your sleep quality, there's really a handful of even subjective things that I'll look at with an athlete or look at with somebody else. General energy levels, their mood, their ability to focus, the amount of sleepiness that they're feeling throughout the day is going to give you a pretty good gauge of sleep quality. If you're getting six hours of really quality sleep, you're going to feel better in those areas than if you're lying in bed for 70 hours and not great quality sleep.
