Local Ingenuity - An Excellent Example

I protest against the word seamanship, or its synonym, professionalism. That has been misused by many a a traditional safety and managers. So i prefer local ingenuity to that sort of more. It can be thtthat the beauty of the word seammanship ut it can fit anywhere at all. A dont i want to say something?
