The Warm-Up Effect on Tendon Rupture

Pain is protective pain is stopping you're from loading the tendon further to get to rupture. Warm-up effect if you have a really compromised bad tendon and you just warm up a bit now you're able to go play and it's like you should probably follow a rehab program so you just get rid of the pain in the first place. The biggest problem with tendon rehab is the fact that you feel better when you warm up because all people they'll find a couple of exercises that make them feel a bit better or they'll just go and start playing basketball after 15 minutes.
