Is There a Limitation in Training?

The research is generally pretty applicable even for individuals that are considerably more trained than the average participant in a study. It's probably just the magnitude of response that is different and not necessarily the directionality. If we had very, very well trained like elite bodybuilders in there, maybe you cut those percentage increases down considerably but the overall directionality would generally be similar. I lean a little bit more into the micro cycle design and exercise order side of specialization on the strength side of things.
