The world changed for both marketing and sales, but in a very different way. Tactics like physical, direct mail were very effective within those organizations. There were no bench marks for what would be effective any more. And i think there's been a real acceptance between sales and marketing that we need to try new things. We've noticed and that the time of day at which you sent e males has been effected in certain sectors.
