How to Assess Your Stress Levels
Hair cortisol was the most significant biomarker for evaluating stress but on a chronic level versus urinary some people test it in the urine that is not a good measure at all blood is also where you get more of the issue with acute bouts of elevated cortisol. A perceived stress scale can calculate your amount of stress based off of how you are feeling and what you think your stress is. The questions don't focus on events you're currently experiencing but your emotional and mental state so it can give you a really good idea even if you're sweeping a lot under the rug mentally.
