Are You a Long-Term Meditator?
I've seen multiple studies where, you know, long-term meditators have various changes in brain volume and certain parts of the brain. And that taking people that are not experienced meditators and putting them part of this like two-month program, how they can have similar changes in their brain. For many years, running has been my meditation. There is a place I go in my brain when I am running that,you know, is, I am, sometimes I'm in the present, sometimes I do daydream, sometimes I, you know,. but it's always a very, like, I just feel so good. It helps calm me if I'm anxious about something
