People often say, "I don't have time for that," and i am sure you get that or variations of that statement to you all the time. My favorite term in addressing this is to find and become aware of many moments of mindfulness. So let me give you examples of what those are. You'd be actually surprised at how quickly you lose count, ecause your mind is trying to go in all the other places. But if you just stop take ten deep, conscious breaths, that becomes a many moment of mindfulness.
