A lot of the, like, you should just be happy framework that's out in the world sometimes does that is like this toxic positivity side. So how do you personally think about like walking that line? Yeah, no, toxic positivity is real. But I think it honestly, I think it stems from yet another myth that we have about happiness, right? If I'm feeling sad or frustrated or angry or anxious or whatever, I've done something wrong, right? And I need to fix it. This is a myth, right? Emotions are these signals that are telling our body what we should be doing in the future and how we should behave in the future.
