meditation is what Chuan Tzu called, a fasting of the heart. We're not putting stuff in to our reactions, through attachments or condemning them. If we can let things be, they let go of themselves. Everything is changing all the time and if we don't obstruct the process, we simply let things be this natural healing takes place.
