The first thing and the biggest thing that goes as you age is focus. And then those focus regions is where attention lies as well. So it's only natural to want to keep training this as you get older. How do you train for these kinds of processes? Well, let's throw a number of different exercises. We're working with word fluency. They may have to chronologically find one to 50 in a given timeframe. There may be lights set up where they have to react to them.
