If you've never raised prices, then raise prices is the common thing. And if you have churn like that really hurts, right? You lose one tenth of your business. That's a big deal. Whereas if you have a few people churn when you have a thousand customers, it's not quite so bad. It's even maybe just a regular basis, like reevaluate why you are priced the way you are and like, is it worth moving or not?
