The products are very effective at remedial fixing the things that they're bothering them and then when that goes away, they forget about it. But how long does it take before it takes a while? It could take a few months up to a couple of years to return and be an aggravated thing again. I would suggest if you have quite a large number of inactive buyers that you try what I said is not just one, but a sequence of different, asumptive letters. And I would be very surprised if those don't have a positive effect.
