Do Dips Really Work?
Dips have a greater range of motion than a bench press. If you do it right, you're going to get better shoulder stability and strength. I don't know if I've done a hundred pound dip, the body weight dip. The biggest I normally do is like a 45 pound plate back. It's just a better exercise. Overall, for overall strength, overall muscle development, carry over to the real world, dips are better.
