I believe that a lot of the tech is there. I don't think we need to invent more tech. We really need to just start being empathetic and being more curious. And easier said than done because as data people, as data organizations, it's very hard to account for the impact that we're having. But if we can do a better job of that accounting, then that's going to make us focus on the right stuff.
